Mensia Global

A portfolio of specialist talent-advisory practices.

Not a generalist agency. Mensia Global builds and backs boutique practices, each one focused on a single hiring problem, in a single domain, done properly — from data engineering to AI/ML to offshore recruitment capacity to individual career positioning.

Four practices. One standard of specialist depth.

Our Verticals

Four practices. Four distinct identities.

Each vertical is built and staffed around one hiring problem — explore the one that matches yours.

About Mensia Global

Boutique by design, not by size.

Mensia Global exists because generalist recruitment doesn't work for specialist hiring. We build focused practices — each staffed by people who actually understand the domain they recruit for — rather than one broad desk stretched across every skill set.

That means when you come to DataKrut, you're talking to people who know the difference between a data engineer who's touched Airflow and one who's run it in production. When you come to AIGenics, the conversation is about fine-tuning and RAG pipelines, not buzzwords. Depth over breadth is the whole model.

Each practice under Mensia Global stays small enough to be accountable to the people who hire through it, and specialist enough to be worth trusting with a search that actually matters.

Jay Thanki

Founder, Mensia Global

Jay founded Mensia Global on a simple premise: specialist hiring deserves specialist recruiters, not a generalist desk juggling every open role in the pipeline. That premise is what shaped the group's structure — separate practices for data engineering, AI/ML, offshore recruitment capacity, and individual career positioning, rather than one undifferentiated agency wearing four hats.

He works closely with each practice to keep that specialist standard intact as the group grows — the boutique model only holds if every new vertical is built with the same discipline as the first.

Why Mensia Global

What holds the group together.

01

Specialist, not generalist

Every practice is scoped to one domain, staffed by people fluent in that domain's actual work.

02

Boutique means you matter

Smaller desks, fewer roles running in parallel, more attention per search.

03

Advise, not just place

Market mapping and benchmarking come with every search, not as a paid add-on.

04

Built to grow deliberately

Each new practice is added only when it can meet the same specialist bar as the last.
